Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using STARCKEX services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use STARCKEX

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the laws of Ghana. Rider accounts require additional verification (national ID, road-worthy vehicle, valid licence).

3. Bookings and delivery

A booking is a promise between you and STARCKEX. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver within the quoted ETA. Force-majeure events (severe weather, civil unrest, regulatory action) may extend delivery windows.

4. Prohibited items

You must not ship: cash, weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, live animals, perishables without insulation, items prohibited by Ghanaian law. Violations may result in account termination and the cost of clean-up or legal exposure.

5. Payments

Charges are taken at booking via Stripe, mobile money, or invoice (Business / Enterprise plans). All prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS) unless noted. Refunds for failed deliveries are processed within 5 business days.

6. Liability and insurance

STARCKEX insures every parcel up to ₵500 on Pay-as-you-go, ₵2,000 on Business. Higher cover available on Enterprise. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Rider partnership

Riders operate as independent contractors. Earnings, ratings and onboarding terms are described in the Rider Handbook provided at sign-up.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, repeated cancellations, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Accra.
