Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
  • Delivery info: pickup/drop-off addresses, parcel descriptions, recipient contacts.
  • Location: GPS coordinates while a delivery is in progress (riders) or for tracking (customers).
  • Payment info: handled by Stripe / mobile-money providers — we never store full card numbers.
  • Device & log data: IP, browser, app version, error logs.

2. How we use it

To dispatch riders, calculate routes and pricing, charge payments, deliver receipts, prevent fraud, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

With the rider fulfilling your delivery (name, phone, drop-off only), with payment processors, with cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Cloudflare), and with law enforcement when legally required. We never sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Delivery records are kept for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. GPS traces are aggregated and anonymised after 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@starckexpress.com.

6. Security

Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Role-based access. Audit logs on admin actions. Annual security review.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session, CSRF). No third-party advertising trackers.

8. Changes

We'll notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
