How is distance calculated?+
We use the live road distance from pickup to drop-off (not straight line). You see the exact quote before you book.
What about parcels bigger than a backpack?+
Add a size multiplier at checkout — small (1×), medium (1.5×), large (2×). Anything bigger goes on the van rate.
Are payments secure?+
Yes. We use Stripe and MoMo gateways — your card and mobile money details never touch our servers.
Is my parcel insured?+
Every parcel is covered up to ₵500 on the Pay-as-you-go plan and ₵2,000 on Business. Higher cover is available on Enterprise.
